We did not get any famous Debrecen sausages...nevertheless Debrecen was worth visiting...we had a nice place for the info event close to the main church...even situated in the shadow...very important as the temperatures are increasing from day to day...and no single cloud in the sky...fortunately we had 10 Hungarian volunteers...so they could make shifts...in one respect Debrecen was different than the towns visited before...never ever that many people gave us their name to become Greenpeace activists...if only 10 % of them will join in the end it would be a huge progress in building up an activist pool in Hungary...the info day also ended with a nice situation...an approximately 50-year old man came and declared that he would like to become a donator...he left with our bank account number and we for our next stop Nyiregyhaza...
