"High ranked“ visitor
 
After the action we went to Kazincbarcika for the information event. This is the city just next another Hot Spot in Hungary:
 
Borsodchem – the largest PVC factory in the region. And the PVC is the largest source of dioxin (by production and incineration). The local people therefore were really interested in our informations. Also some workers came to tell us about the pollution of the company. They told us that they can not do anything because otherwise they would loose their job and therefore they welcome our activities. We even got some „high ranked“ visitors.
 
The chief of the PVC production factory came to the action bus and invited us for a visit in the company. We hope we can pay him this tribute in near future ;-)) Other person from the company told us that the letter Greenpeace sent to Borsodchem is displayed at the main entrance for or employees....
